Kim Victoria Cattrall, born August 21, 1956 in London was a British and Canadian actress. She is most famous as Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. In this role, she was awarded the Golden Globe Award for 2002 for the Best Supporting Female actor. In 2008 and in 2010, she reprised the character in the two films Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. Her most prominent parts include Police Academy Big Trouble from Little China Mannequin, and Porky's from the 1980s. Kim Cattrall's appearance on the HBO television show Sex & the City is among the most memorable. Cattrall, a noted actress, has claimed her performance as Samantha Jones as a career-defining performance. The sitcom did not just increase her popularity amongst the national crowd, but also turned her into an international celebrity, bringing an immense amount of recognition and fame. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. The most well-known role she played was from the film comedy drama La Dolce Vita. It was a critical as well as commercial success that won it the Golden Palm and Oscar at Cannes Film Festival 1960. Her birthplace was in Skane, Sweden and had a modeling career before she embarked on her acting career. She was crowned the Miss Sweden competition. When she moved to the US she began acting in a variety of films, acting in minor role. Her first credited role was in the movie Abbott and Costello Go to Mars where she played a Venusian guard. The following year after her role on the screen in Blood Alley she was awarded the Golden Globe in the most promising newcomer category.
