Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples has been an American actress and performer for more than 20 years. She was best known for her role as Layla Grant on the television drama Nashville (2012) as well as Claudia Shepard (Sharknado 2013). In addition, she played the leading role of Jerrica Jem Benton in the film Jem and the Holograms (2015). Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. There is also an older sister, Ally. While growing up Aubrey performed with her school's Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. She graduated Lake Mary Preparatory School, where she delivered the valedictory speech of the 2012 class. Harvard University had accepted her. But, they had to agree to her admission two times in order for her to play the part of Nashville. Peeples was as a character in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) as and Grey's Anatomy (2005). She also had a recurring role on Necessary Rustiness (1991). Peeples was a part of the TV movies Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective (2009) and The Good Mother. She joined the cast in the role of a major regular in a second season of the drama show Nashville in which she played Layla Grant. Peeples revealed her bipolar condition during an interview she conducted an interview to NKD Magazine. Indiewire ranked Peeples at the top of its list of top actors under the age of twenty-one in September 2014.
